Furthermore, in order to meet ongoing compliance, in-line with the UK Government’s Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and directives from the Competence Steering Group, Nitor have signed up all their operatives to Paddeco’s Third Party Certification Scheme (click for more info.). Certification ensures ongoing legal compliance and continual CPD and upskilling of the workforce.
Nitor’s fire damper installation team has also benefited from our Declaration of Compliance Service (click for more info.), thus ensuring their work is legally compliant. The service provides reassurance that any work undertaken meets the installation and testing competence requirements of:
– Items 17 & 20-20A of the Building Regulations 2010
– Competence requirements – Item 11F, Individual Competence – National Occupational Standards BSEHV05, BSEHV06 and the BSEFSD01
