“High Confidence” in SQA Qualification Delivery

We are pleased to share the positive outcome of our recent External Verification (EV) visit conducted by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). The visit focused on assessing the delivery and quality assurance of the following qualifications:

• Level 2 SVQ in Heating and Ventilating Ductwork Installation
• Level 3 Heating and Ventilating Ductwork Planning & Installation
• GT0F 04 SCQF Level 5: Ventilation Hygiene Certificate
• GT1F 04 SCQF Level 5: Fire and Smoke Damper Certificate
• GT1E 04 SCQF Level 5: Installation of Fire Resisting Ductwork and Ventilation Systems

The EV concentrated on three key areas:

• Centre Resources
• Candidate Support
• Internal Assessment and Verification

We are proud to report that Paddeco was awarded High Confidence in all three areas, reflecting our commitment to upholding the highest standards of training and assessment.

The External Verifier commended the centre, stating:

“The Centre has maintained high standards for Group Awards GR5E 22 and GR58 23 in accordance with SQA performance criteria and the SVQ Assessment Strategy.”

This recognition is a testament to the hard work and professionalism of our delivery and support teams, and to the ongoing commitment to excellence across our training provision.
