Launch Day!

Following six months of design, development and user testing we’re excited to announce that we have officially launched the final phase of our online learning portal!

This is a huge milestone for us here at Paddeco as it now allows us to offer all our candidates a more enjoyable learning experience from start to finish.

From the moment a candidate enrols on one of our courses they will have 24/7, secure, online access to:

– all course questions;

– a large universe of learning materials;

– helpful animations;

– their Individual Learning Plan (tailored to their experience and requirements);

– a record of their site observations and professional discussions;

– plus many more benefits at their fingertips.

The learning portal puts control firmly in the hands of the candidate, to progress through their course at their own speed, with the support of their Paddeco assessor(s) along the way.

This also means we are now able to meet the demand of a growing number of candidates, interested in our ever-expanding range of National Occupational Standard-based courses.

We can’t wait to welcome our first new candidates onto the portal, and in fact have already successfully onboarded a number since going live!
